2018 has been a record year for us at AH Garner, with a 20% growth in sales.
Along with new customers in the construction and agricultural attachments, agricultural machinery and road transport industries, 2018 has brought us a number of exciting new projects with our existing customers who recognise the continuous investment and expertise of the AH Garner team.
More so than ever before in previous years, our growth in sales represents customers searching for improved delivery performance, customer service and pricing. We are delighted that through referrals, meetings and our strong reputation, these companies are choosing AH Garner as their hydraulic cylinder partner of choice.
Ensuring our customers enjoy a smooth, streamlined customer journey is an important part of what we do, and with the developments we have made throughout the year, we’re happy to see that it’s as important to our customers as it is to us.
Our new projects for this year have included the development of cylinders for excavator attachments, soil preparation and flatbed trailers, with future ventures planned for aircraft ground support equipment, suspension systems and construction machinery attachments.
We are also delighted that with our investments in technology and expertise, a recent project has seen AH Garner support a key customer with the redesign of an improved cylinder, able to withstand excessive side bearing for a stronger, sturdier result.
After having recently passed a supplier audit from one of our existing customers, AH Garner’s commitment to delivering high standards and high performance continues to be recognised.
With several ambitious new projects scheduled for 2019, we’re looking forward to more success in the new year.
